This salad serves 10-12 people so it’s perfect for Christmas Day!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tin baby corn
  • 1 telegraph cucumber
  • 2 red onions
  • 3 capsicum
  • 125g mushrooms

DRESSING

  • ¾ cup white wine vinegar
  • ¾ cup canola oil
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ Tablespoon salt

METHOD

Cut or slice all veggies. Make dressing, pour over top and toss.

Serve and enjoy!
