This salad serves 10-12 people so it’s perfect for Christmas Day!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tin baby corn
- 1 telegraph cucumber
- 2 red onions
- 3 capsicum
- 125g mushrooms
DRESSING
- ¾ cup white wine vinegar
- ¾ cup canola oil
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ Tablespoon salt
METHOD
Cut or slice all veggies. Make dressing, pour over top and toss.
Serve and enjoy!
